How do I find out where and when my child's bus stop is?
The policies for posting transportation assignments vary for different school districts. You can contact your child's school district transportation office in order to find out their policy and obtain information on your student's assignment.

My child's bus did not arrive on time.
If it is the first time, there are certain instances that may delay a driver in picking up a student at the scheduled time- weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc. If it is a constant occurrence, contact your school district's transportation office to verify your student's pick up and drop off time.

What should I do if my child missed the bus?
Students should be at their bus location approximately 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up times. Parents/guardians are responsible for transporting children who are late for the bus.

What should I do if my child did not get off the bus?
Contact your school district's transportation office. If a parent or guardian is not at the stop to pick up the student at the scheduled time, the child will be returned to the school.

What time will my child's bus come when there is early release?
Scheduled drop off times vary for early dismissals. Please contact school district's transportation office to confirm the drop off time for your student.

Can my child ride the bus home with their friend?
A written request from a parent/guardian must be submitted to the school district's transportation office to allow any student to ride a bus that they are not assigned to.

How do I request a new bus stop after we've moved?
Contact your school district's transportation office to request any changes to an assigned bus stop.

How do I report a complaint, issue or compliment in regards to transportation?
Contact one of our locations and we will promptly address any issue, concern, or question you may have.

I'm not happy with my child's bus stop. Can I request a different stop?

What type of buses do you supply?
Our fleet ranges from 54 passenger vehicles to 8 passenger vehicles. We also have wheelchair accessible vehicles. Please refer to the 'Fleet' tab for more information.

Do you offer transportation for special needs students?
Yes, we have a variety of buses equipped for special needs students. We have wheelchair accessible vehicles as well as car seats and safety vests to ensure optimal safety.
